Premium cards are only worth it if you use the benefits

The average premium cardholder pays $500+ in annual fees but leaves hundreds in unused credits every year.

Hidden value

Your Amex Platinum has over $3,000 in annual credits — airline fees, hotel credits, dining, Uber, Lululemon, streaming, and more. Each resets on a different schedule.

Scattered deadlines

Uber Cash resets monthly. Dining credits reset quarterly. Hotel credit resets every six months. Airline fee credit resets annually. No single place tracks them all.

Silent expiration

When a benefit period ends, the unused value is gone. No refund, no rollover, no notification from your card issuer. You paid for it in your annual fee — but are you getting your money's worth? CreditSync tracks your ROI and alerts you 30 days before your fee posts so you can decide to keep or cancel.

One dashboard for every benefit, every card, every cardholder

CreditSync tracks every credit, reminds you before deadlines, and calculates whether each card is paying for itself. Calendar alerts, push notifications, and a daily summary of dollars at risk — so nothing slips through.

Three steps. Every benefit tracked.

Set up once and CreditSync handles the rest.

Your benefits, inside your calendar

CreditSync generates a personal ICS calendar feed that syncs with any calendar app. Benefit reminders and points expiration alerts appear as events — plus a daily summary so you never miss a deadline or let miles expire.

Smart multi-event reminders

Each benefit generates events at key points: when available, mid-period, warning, and last day. No single-day surprises.

Daily summary alert

One calendar pop-up per day listing all benefits that need attention, with total dollar value available or at risk.

Points & miles expiration alerts

Track when your loyalty program balances expire. Get alerts at 90, 30, and 7 days before expiration, plus a final reminder on the day — so dormant miles don't quietly disappear.

Push notifications

Get push alerts 7 days before and on the last day. Works on Android and desktop browsers. iOS requires adding CreditSync to your home screen first (Safari > Share > Add to Home Screen).

Works everywhere

Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and any app that supports ICS feeds.

Frequently asked questions

What is CreditSync?
CreditSync tracks the expiring benefits on your premium credit cards — the statement credits, free nights, and perks that reset monthly, quarterly, or annually. It also monitors your loyalty program balances and alerts you when your points or miles are approaching expiration. It reminds you before deadlines, calculates whether each card is paying for itself, and optionally gives your AI assistant structured access to your full portfolio. Think of it as the system that makes sure you’re actually getting value from every annual fee you pay.
How does it work with AI?
CreditSync includes 34 AI-ready tools that let Claude or any MCP-compatible assistant manage your portfolio. Your AI can check expiring benefits, recommend which card to use, track welcome offer progress, log retention offers, manage gift cards and certificates, and more. But AI is completely optional — CreditSync works great on its own with calendar reminders and a web dashboard.
Do I need to be technical to use CreditSync?
No. Add your cards, and you get calendar reminders and a dashboard — no coding required. The AI integration is available for advanced workflows, but everything works great without it.
What cards does CreditSync support?
We currently track 58 US credit cards across Amex, Chase, Capital One, Citi, Hilton, Delta, United, Southwest, Wyndham, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, US Bank, JetBlue, Bilt, and Alaska Airlines. Our catalog covers 265+ individual benefit templates including statement credits, free night certificates, companion fares, membership perks, and more. We add new cards regularly.
Why don't you track all credit cards?
CreditSync tracks benefits you'll lose if you don't use them — statement credits, free night certificates, and perks that expire on a schedule. Cards without expiring benefits (like the Amex Blue Business Plus or Chase Ink Business Unlimited) earn rewards on spending but don't have use-it-or-lose-it credits to track. Earn-rate optimization is a different product. If your card has expiring benefits we're missing, let us know.
How does CreditSync know my benefit schedules?
Our catalog is maintained with the correct amounts, schedules (monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual), and reset dates for each benefit. When you add a card, CreditSync automatically generates every benefit period for the next 18 months based on the official benefit structure.
Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. CreditSync never asks for your card number, bank login, or financial credentials. You select which cards you have, and we track the benefit schedules. You manually mark credits as used when you redeem them.
How does the calendar feed work?
CreditSync generates a private ICS (iCalendar) feed you can subscribe to in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app that accepts iCal subscriptions. It includes smart multi-event reminders: when a benefit becomes available, at mid-period, a warning before expiry, and on the last day. The feed also includes alerts when your loyalty program points or miles are approaching expiration — so dormant balances don't quietly disappear. You also get a daily summary alert showing all benefits that need attention with total dollar value available or at risk. Push notifications are available for all users (7-day and last-day alerts). When you mark a benefit as used, the reminder disappears on the next refresh. CreditSync also includes an in-app calendar view at /calendar with three modes — Month grid, Agenda list, and 12-month Timeline — so you can see every deadline and fee renewal without leaving the app.
Can I track cards for my spouse or partner?
Yes, on the Pro plan. CreditSync supports multiple cardholder profiles within a single household. Add a profile for each person, assign cards to them, and see all benefits in one dashboard. The calendar feed includes all household members. Free accounts are limited to a single cardholder.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro comes with a 7-day free trial. You enter your card at signup but won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you'll never be billed.
What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?
Your cards and usage history are preserved. You lose access to the calendar feed and are limited to 2 active cards. Re-subscribe at any time to restore full access.
How is billing handled?
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses. CreditSync never sees or stores your payment card details. You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel anytime through Stripe’s customer portal directly from your billing settings.
Can I connect CreditSync to Claude or other AI tools?
Yes, Pro subscribers can connect CreditSync to Claude Desktop or other MCP-compatible AI tools. But you absolutely do not need to. CreditSync works entirely on its own — calendar reminders, push notifications, dashboard, and ROI tracking all work without any AI setup. The AI integration is a power-user feature for people who want their assistant to manage their portfolio. Learn more about Bring Your Own Agent or see the API documentation.
Does CreditSync track when my points or miles expire?
Yes. When you add a loyalty program and set an expiration date, CreditSync adds four calendar events to your feed — at 90 days, 30 days, and 7 days before expiration, plus a final alert on the expiration date. Only programs with a non-zero balance get reminders. Many airline and hotel programs expire points after 12–24 months of inactivity, and it’s easy to lose thousands of miles you forgot about. CreditSync makes sure that doesn’t happen.
When do benefit periods reset in CreditSync?
All benefit periods use UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) for start and end dates. For US time zones, this means CreditSync will always remind you before your issuer's deadline, never after. A benefit expiring on March 31 may show as expired by that evening in your local time, but your card issuer typically honors it until midnight Eastern — so you always have a buffer, not a missed window.
Is my data private?
CreditSync stores only which cards you have added and which benefits you have marked as used. We never store card numbers, account numbers, or any financial credentials. We never access your credit card accounts or transaction history. The Credits & Certificates tracker records only that a reward exists and when it expires — never gift card numbers, PINs, or redemption codes. Calendar feed URLs are private, token-based, and revocable. Authentication is handled by Auth0, billing by Stripe.
